Employers can create an account and post jobs directly on the platform. A limited number of job postings are free; additional postings or premium features require payment.

Yes. Employers can edit or delete their listings at any time through their account dashboard.

No. Wecancy only provides the platform. All hiring decisions, contracts, and employment disputes are the responsibility of the employer and job seeker.

No. Fees are solely for accessing and using the platform or services. Wecancy does not guarantee any employment or recruitment outcome.

We process your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data is used only for recruitment or professional development purposes.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, data is typically erased within 30 days unless required to be kept by law. Recruitment agency compliance data is retained as required by UK law.

Payments for premium services are accepted via secure online payment methods, such as credit/debit cards and PayPal.

All fees for services are non-refundable once the service has been provided, unless the service has not been delivered.

If engaged as a recruitment agency, Wecancy will comply with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and related regulations. Additional documentation such as proof of identity, right-to-work, qualifications, and references may be required. Engagement fees are non-refundable.

Yes. Job seekers may submit applications to multiple listings as long as they meet eligibility criteria.

Yes. Job seekers can set preferences to receive email notifications for jobs matching their skills, location, or other criteria.

Report the listing via your account dashboard or via contact page. We review all reports and may remove listings that violate terms.
