Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Cleaning Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across multiple commercial and residential sites in London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health & safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cleaning operations across assigned sites to ensure standards are consistently met.

  • Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff, ensuring proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.

  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to assess quality and adherence to health & safety policies.

  • Plan and allocate staff rotas, covering absences and coordinating shift patterns effectively.

  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and control operational budgets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, handling feedback and service requests promptly.

  • Prepare reports on performance, attendance, and compliance for management review.

  • Ensure COSHH and risk assessments are up-to-date and followed at all times.

Benefits

  • Company vehicle or travel allowance

  • Paid annual leave (28 days including bank holidays)

  • Pension scheme

  • Uniform and equipment provided

  • Employee assistance programme

  • Career progression opportunities within facilities management
