We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shop Assistant to join our store in Maidstone. You’ll be the face of the shop—helping customers, stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring the store runs smoothly day-to-day.
Assist customers with enquiries and product selection
Operate the till and handle payments accurately
Replenish stock and maintain tidy, organised shelves
Support with visual merchandising to keep the store appealing
Receive deliveries and help with stockroom organisation
Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
Work as part of a small, supportive team
Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
Good communication and willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy shop
