We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy bubble tea store. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bubble tea, customer service, and team leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining high service standards, and leading a team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
Supervise, train, and support barista staff
Recruit, manage, and develop team members
Create staff schedules and manage shift coordination
Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene standards
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and issue resolution professionally
Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service
Previous experience in bubble tea or a similar hospitality environment
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
